Marlton, NJ September 19, 2026 --(PR.com)-- T.H.E.M., a single-serve contract packaging company and the exclusive North American distributor of Sanko packaging machinery, announced that Steve Belko, President, transitioned to the role of Vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Advisor, effective September 14. The move formalizes Belko's continued involvement with the company he has helped build over nearly four decades.
Belko joined T.H.E.M. in 1988 in a sales role and rose through Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Operations before being named President. Over that tenure, he managed and grew relationships with some of the most recognized names in consumer packaged goods, including Kraft, Pepsi, Nestlé, Unilever, and ConAgra.
His tenure spans one of the most significant transformations in the company's history: the shift from a consulting and solution-delivery model to machinery sales and co-packing at scale. He was instrumental in bringing the stick pack format to North America, including his role in the pilot stick pack project for Cappuccino Coolers. Belko holds 18 patents from his work in consulting and package design.
"Steve's fingerprints are on nearly every major milestone T.H.E.M. has achieved in the last 38 years," said Neil Kozarsky, Chairman of the Board. "This transition is a deliberate move to ensure his experience stays in the room as we grow."
